Indoor Virtual Golf and Practice in Barrie
Slyce Golf offers two distinct uses within the same simulator bay: playing simulated full rounds on virtual golf courses, and using the bay as an indoor driving range for shot-by-shot practice. Both are available during the same booking. Rates are charged per bay, not per person, starting from $13/hr during early bird hours (midnight to 9am, Monday to Thursday) and up to $26/hr on weekends depending on the bay.

Each bay supports two modes of use, virtual rounds and practice, within the same session. The choice is made at the simulator when you arrive.
Play Indoor Virtual Golf Rounds
Each simulator bay runs Bravo Golf software, which projects a virtual course onto a screen. Players hit real balls using their own clubs. The simulator tracks ball flight and translates it into the virtual round. A full 18-hole virtual round can be completed in a single booking. Bay 6 offers the highest-spec setup at the location. Bays 2 to 5 accommodate both right- and left-handed players. Bay 1 is right-hand only.
Practice at the Indoor Virtual Driving Range
The same simulator bays function as an indoor driving range. Instead of playing a course, players hit individual shots and receive instant data on each one, including carry distance, ball speed, and launch angle. This mode suits golfers working on a specific shot shape, testing club performance, or warming up before an outdoor round. You bring your own clubs. Balls and tees are provided.

Casual Golfers and Groups

Golfers who play outdoor rounds at courses in the Barrie area, including Barrie Country Club, Georgian Bay Golf Club, or Innisfil Creek, can use Slyce Golf to maintain swing mechanics during the week without committing to a full outdoor round.

Barrie's outdoor golf season runs approximately May through October. From November through April, outdoor courses in the region are closed or unplayable.
